Roberts Properties designed and developed this unique 37,864-square foot Class “A” office building. This building demonstrates our expertise in and ability to execute environmentally friendly development. The office building was designed to enable the building foundation to rest on each stream bank with the building spanning the existing stream allowing it to continue to run beneath the building without disturbing its natural flow.
