senior construction project manager:  In Atlanta and Savannah Georgia. Well qualified candidates will have a minimum of 7 years of experience and a four year degree in Construction Science or related major. Responsibilities will include daily detail oriented hands one coordination in order to complete a successful construction project to meet time and cost objectives. This individual will have the ability to management multiple task, produce excellent quality work and consistently meet deadlines. As well as exhibit the ability to interact with Architects, Engineers, and subcontractors in order to deliver a superior product.
A well-qualified candidate will possess:
Excellent listening and strong communication skills
Ability to identify and resolved complex issues
Full understanding of cost estimating, budgeting and forecasting​​

Property Staff Accountant – Well qualified candidates will have 3 years’ of accounting experience including experience in the private real estate sector. A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or similar discipline, a CPA is not required for this positon. This individual must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite, be self-motivated, possess a keen sense of attention to detail, and capable of working with minimum supervision.
This position will be responsible for:
Working with the CFO to prepare checks for monthly construction company draw to subcontractors
Input this data into Sage accounting software
Preparing checks for monthly development company bills
Paying all bills that are required for each property monthly


Construction Superintendent - in Atlanta, and in Savannah Georgia, Well qualified candidates will have 7 years of multifamily experience and a four year degree in Construction Science or related major. Responsibilities will include managing subcontractors on site to ensure quality and accuracy of work per the construction drawings and maintaining a safe and clean construction site. Strong candidates will possess skills to create and implement a construction schedule. This individual will also exhibit the ability to interact with Architects, Engineers, and subcontractors in order to deliver a superior quality product. 

Community Manager – In Savannah, Georgia. Well qualified candidates will be proficient in Yardi, and Rent Cafe software with at least 3 years’ experience as a manager at a Class A property

Real Estate Manager – Well qualified candidates will have a college degree and 2 years of work experience in the real estate field

Land Research Assistant- College Degree with some work experience in the real estate field
